Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of GreOnix services, websites, and any other web services or platforms owned and/or operated by GreOnix (the “Service”). By accessing, viewing, or using the materials and functionality on the Service, you indicate that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are legally binding and equivalent to a signed, written contract. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not granted permission to use the Service and should exit immediately.

Quotations and Estimates

  1. All quotations and estimates provided by GreOnix are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
  2. Quotations not accepted within this timeframe must be re-issued.
  3. All quoted prices, unless otherwise indicated, do not include applicable taxes (e.g., Goods and Services Tax).
  4. GreOnix reserves the right to suspend services or withdraw quotations at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms and Intellectual Property

  1. All quotations provided by GreOnix require a 50% deposit upon acceptance.
  2. Unless prior arrangements have been made, final payment is due within 10 days from the date of project completion.
  3. Any costs arising from payment clearances or transaction fees are the sole responsibility of the client.
  4. GreOnix will only commence work on the quoted project once the deposit funds have been cleared.
  5. GreOnix disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  6. Legal jurisdiction for any disputes will be limited to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
  7. Unless explicitly stated, all quotations provided by GreOnix do not include any source code license.
  8. All source code and associated intellectual property developed by GreOnix remain the sole property of GreOnix, unless a specific source code license is issued to the client in writing.
  9. Any third-party code licenses required to complete the project will be the financial responsibility of the client. Such licenses will be attached to the existing GreOnix code license for the project.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

  1. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. GreOnix is not responsible for the consequences of reliance on any information contained within or submitted to the Service.
  2. The materials provided are “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
  3. GreOnix will not be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenues or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
  4. Under no circumstances will GreOnix’s total liability exceed the price paid for use of the Service.

Corrections and Changes

  1. While GreOnix endeavors to keep its materials up-to-date, it cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links, or other items on its platforms.
  2. GreOnix may make changes to its materials, products, or services at any time without notice and is not obligated to update the information provided.
  3. GreOnix reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason.

Cancellations

  1. Should the client wish to cancel acceptance of a quotation, GreOnix will invoice the client for any work completed to date, calculated as a percentage of the total project cost.
  2. A minimum cancellation fee of 30% of the signed quotation will apply.
